Taiwan Excellence เปิดตัวนวัตกรรมระบบอัตโนมัติและโซลูชันการผลิตอัจฉริยะ ในงาน Manufacturing Expo 2026 ณ ศูนย์นิทรรศการและการประชุมไบเทคบางนา กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยรวบรวมเทคโนโลยีจาก 17 บริษัทชั้นนำของไต้หวันที่ได้รับรางวัล Taiwan Excellence มาจัดแสดงในงานนี้เราได้เห็นศักยภาพของเทคโนโลยีจากได้หวันที่มีความยืดหยุ่นสูงและได้รับการออกแบบอย่างแม่นยำ ซึ่งสามารถช่วยผู้ประกอบการยกระดับประสิทธิภาพการผลิต เพิ่มความคล่องตัวทางธุรกิจและสนับสนุนการเติบโตอย่างยั่งยืน
งาน แถลงข่าวเปิดตัวอย่างยิ่งใหญ่ภายใต้แนวคิด “Building Sustainable Manufacturing with Taiwan’s Adaptive Solutions” หรือ “สร้างการผลิตที่ยั่งยืนด้วยโซลูชันอัจฉริยะที่ยืดหยุ่นปรับตัวได้ไวจากไต้หวัน” Taiwan Excellence Pavilion ได้นำเสนอความเชี่ยวชาญด้านเทคโนโลยีการผลิตของไต้หวันที่มีความยืดหยุ่นสูง และแม่นยำครอบคลุม ทั้งระบบอัตโนมัติอุตสาหกรรม เทคโนโลยี AI Computing โครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านเครือข่าย และโซลูชันเพื่อการผลิตที่ยั่งยืน
หนึ่งในกิจกรรมไฮไลต์ของงานคือ Product Launch Session ซึ่งเปิดตัวนวัตกรรมล่าสุด จาก 4 บริษัทผู้นำด้านอุตสาหกรรม ได้แก่ AAEON, ASSOMA, PLANET Technology และ WALRUS PUMP โดยเทคโนโลยีเหล่านี้สะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นของไต้หวัน ในการขับเคลื่อนการเปลี่ยนผ่านภาคอุตสาหกรรมผ่านโซลูชันที่สามารถปรับตัวให้ตอบโจทย์ความต้องการที่หลากหลาย พร้อมสร้างรากฐานสู่การผลิตอย่างยั่งยืนในอนาคต
AAEON นำเสนอที่สุดของ Edge AI 2 รุ่น ได้แก่PICO-MTU4-SEMI คอมพิวเตอร์ฝังตัวขนาดกะทัดรัดที่ขับเคลื่อนด้วย Intel® Core™ Ultra Processor พร้อมหน่วยประมวลผล NPU ในตัว และ Aldea-920NP ชุด AI Integrated Kit แบบ Dual Processor ที่รองรับ NVIDIA® Jetson™ พร้อมโครงสร้างอัจฉริยะSBC และ COMที่มีความยืดหยุ่นสูง ทั้งสองแพลตฟอร์มนี้ช่วยเพิ่มศักยภาพการประมวลผล AI ณ จุดปฏิบัติงาน (AI@Edge) รองรับการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล และภาพแบบเรียลไทม์ช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพระบบอัตโนมัติและประหยัดเวลา ลดขั้นตอน กระบวนการตัดสินใจในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม
ด้าน PLANET Technology เปิด ตัวโซลูชันเครือข่ายอุตสาหกรรมขั้นสูง ได้แก่ VCG-2406WP-NR (Industrial/Vehicle 5G NR Cellular Wireless Gateway) และ WGS-5215-16UP4XV (Industrial Managed Ethernet Switch) ซึ่งได้รับการออกแบบเพื่อรองรับการเชื่อมต่อความเร็วสูง และมีความ เสถียรระดับอุตสาหกรรม ช่วยเชื่อมโยงเครื่องจักร และระบบควบคุมเข้าด้วยกันอย่างไร้รอยต่อ เสริมความแข็งแกร่งให้กับโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน IIoT และโรงงานอัจฉริยะ
ขณะที่ WALRUS PUMP นำเสนอโซลูชันระบบปั๊มน้ำประสิทธิภาพสูงที่ออกแบบมาเพื่อรักษาการจ่ายน้ำอย่างต่อเนื่อง และมีความเสถียรสำหรับภาคอุตสาหกรรม อาคารพาณิชย์ และสาธารณูปโภค ด้วยประสิทธิภาพด้านแรงดันน้ำที่เชื่อถือได้และการออกแบบที่ช่วยให้ประหยัดพลังงานอีกทั้งช่วยสนับสนุนการบริหารจัดการน้ำอย่างยั่งยืนในระยะยาว
ส่วน ASSOMA ได้นำเสนอความเชี่ยวชาญด้านระบบจัดการและลำเลียงขนส่งสารเคมีผ่าน AVF-X Series (Superior Efficiency Magnetic Drive Pump) และ AVF-C Series (Superior Efficiency Canned Motor Pump) ซึ่งได้รับการออกแบบเพื่อป้องกันการรั่วไหลของสารเคมีอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ช่วยเพิ่มความปลอดภัยในการปฏิบัติงานพร้อมลดการใช้พลังงานและค่าบำรุงรักษาในสภาพแวดล้อมการผลิตที่มีความเสี่ยงสูง
